My personal development courses range from one to five hours of video in duration. I made a number of online courses in the productivity, personal development, and professional skill courses. Since there are so many courses to choose from, later on this page I'll go over some of the most popular courses.

The courses contain screencast videos, talking head videos, and Powerpoint presentations. Most of the courses have been improved over a number of years so you will get the benefit of student feedback and years of course improvement.
