I know it is a lofty statement to make, but here is why I believe these are the best apps to start a business. First of all, these are proven apps with
over 1,000,000 downloads and a rating of over 4 stars for all the apps.
But to understand why these are the best mobile apps to start a business, you have to understand how they were made. Today, the apps come as
a 4-app course on Android and iPhone, But they started out as just one Android app. That app had a very unique feature to help people start a
business. It allowed users to ask me business questions. And I answered a lot of questions. On that app alone, I helped over 1,000 people start their
business by chatting with them about their situations and their unique business challenges.
From these conversations I realized that people were having business challenges in 4 unique areas:
- Business ideas:
- Writing a business plan
- Marketing
- Raising money or as some people call it fundraising
So I expanded the original app into the 4 apps you see now. The 4 apps guide you through some of the most common challenges of starting a business.
These apps gave me experience of helping millions of people with different business issues, and I wrote a number of business books based on people using the apps. I also started doing business coaching and teaching online courses based on all this. The app were the foundation for all this further work. Here is a link to my online course discounts.
The business idea app answers some of the most common business idea questions and lets you create a small business plan on the app.
Some of the common business idea questions have to do with protecting your business ideas, being able to know whether the idea is a
good one or not, and what to do if you have multiple ideas that you like.
If you are interested in the topic of business ideas, and want more than the business idea app offers, here are a few more articles that have to
do with business ideas:
1) How to get business ideas.
2) Should you protect your business ideas and how.
3) Common business idea mistakes and bad business ideas.
The second app in this 4-app series is the business plan app. The business plan app has tutorials on how to write each section of a business plan, and
answers some of the common business planning questions like how to choose a target market, how to create a business model and a revenue model,
and how to have an overall balanced business strategy. The business plan app also lets you create a business plan right on the app. You can later
download the business plan or even invite friends to write the business plan with you, right on the app.
For some people the business planning app is not enough. Here is an article on how to write a business plan, and a service I offer as a
business coach where I can help you create your business plan during one on one coaching via Skype.
The third app in this 4-app series is my favorite. It is the marketing app. The reason it is my favorite is because people only need the
marketing app if they have already started their business. Most people who get the business idea app and the business plan app never actually end
up starting their business. But the marketing app users all need marketing because they already started their businesses and need to promote it.
The marketing app teaches you how to promote your business by getting publicity, using social media marketing, SEO and other tactics.
If you need marketing help beyond this app, which I think you should since marketing is extremely important for your business, then I would recommend
that you check out my marketing strategist services and see how I can help you plan an amazing and effective marketing strategy to promote your
business.
The fourth app in this series is the fundraising app. Of all questions entrepreneurs ever ask me, almost 100% of them ask about raising money
at one point or another. But raising money is honestly not my favorite topic. I like entrepreneurs who make things happen without money by
replacing money with hard work, resourcefulness, hustle and creativity. That is how I built my business. I never raised a penny, and didn't waste
much time waiting for a handout. I just focused on my work, and over time I became successful. But because I know you will ask about raising money,
the fundraising app is the 4th app in this 4-app series on starting a business. If you want to know more about raising money,
here is an article on this website that will give you some fundraising ideas.
